I have few customer they are from diff network I want to dial them to my Mikrotik and get Connected there and get IP from the DHCP POOL and i want to route all there packet from by the MIKROTIK. Like they will dial my Ethernet 0 IP address and will get connected there and make a Tunnel and after that what ever paket will be send fromt that USER that paket will will come to The MikroTik and and MikroTIK will route that Traffic / Paket to the Ethernet 1 IP address .
Can any one help me for this plz i need this help very badly.

Look in the manual for VPN examples.
In a nutshell, you’ll want to set up a PPTP server. In the default-encrypted profile, select your IP pool for the local & remote addresses. Set up the PPP users (or authenticate against RADIUS), and they should be able to connect in. If the IP pool they connect to can normally get to the internet, they should be able to get to things normally when VPN’d in.
