how to setup this network topology?

Hi guys
I’ve actually no idea how to do the load balancing in this network…
the problem is these two ISP doesn’t give me the routing option… and I am using NAT at this moment.

WDS mesh and OSPF?

exactly… but how to setup the ip address? I know the WDS part, but not the ospf or rip
