How to stop Auto backup on reset

Hi All,

This is my first post , how can i stop the auto backup when resetting a routerboard (Hard Reset) ?? I Have a Customer resetting the router on his side manually and then log in to the device and copy the Backup file, open it with WordPad and can see the Admin Password and all the configuration (Radius Setting and Passowrds, SNMP etc…) , is there a way to prevent that ??

Thanks.

Run the following command,
/system reset-configuration skip-backup=yes

thanks for your reply @sergejs but this is not gonna help, they are resetting the devices manually (Reset Button) without logging in to it and when this happens, the router generates an auto backup file, then they log in to the device copy the auto backup file and open it with WordPad. doing that enables them to see our Admin Password.

So, How to prevent the router from generating a backup file on reset through the external Reset Button ???

Thanks
