We use TTL policy to stop net sharing but what should be done for tethering?
There using 8282 Proxy port. How to stop/block NetShare -tethering apps in Mikrotik.
The policies I have tried:
1# Port Block from Filter rule.
2# Layer 7 Using (Content) for NetShare Apps
any rules or system stop/block this apps. Please suggest me. I am a new member of the forum.

I think you cant stop this.
On my Huawei P30 i can set it up as an Wifi bridge (default app on phone). This will make the phone as an wifi router with nat.
There are no way that router or any equipment out the outside could see what I am doing. You can monitor all wifi net around and see if there are some new en get an alert if that is the case. But if you are living in a city there will be new wifi net all the time.
I did use this on a travel to London where SAS has paid Wifi or free for Premium customer (me). Dividing the net with all round me
