How to talk to LEDs on Alix pcengines motherboard?

Using routeros 4.11 on an Alix, how do we turn on / off the three LEDs? Thanks!

you can’t, only RouterBOARD LEDs are supported

That’s unfortunate - I was hoping to use Mikrotik as the basis for an enhanced performance product using our existing Alix-based hardware. Is there a way to add bash shell script support or user-space modules so we could add the functions we need ourselves? Thanks
