Hi all,
Just want to know on how to troubleshoot that RB1000.
I bought it around 8 months ago, right now cannot boot up (after upgrade to RouterOS 4.2), even using console+hyperterminal.
Try to netinstall and of course stuck at the terminal console which cannot even see any command.
Please help, I’ve spent too much for this RB1000.
If all cannot solve, I have to RMA it. Does anyone know how to RMA it?
I purchased it directly from Mikrotik Latvia. Means that, I have to deal it with mikrotik directly.
I’ll try to contact with support@mikrotik as Nest suggest.
