how to use hotspot advertise oprion?

Hello ,
I’m trying to use this option - witout any success
I have created a simple html file and put it in the hotspot
now this are the setting I have use:(for some reason when I print user-profile I can’t see ahr advertise tab…)
advertise URL: test.html
advertise interval 00:01:00
advertise timeout: never

I have been waitng for 5 min never saw the test.html came

why ?

Worked for me in the past, but then I dropped usage. As not a good solution for production. There are btter alternatives.
Anyway: You need to do active browsing. When the timer for advertisements expires, it will redirect you, when navifating to another URL.
Simple wait will not work :slight_smile:

Marketing argument. It works “in principal”. However, not good enough for production with many users, as number of complaints will increase.

Better alternative: I have a few, depending upon requirements.
However, I make my living from “good knowledge”.
