I use Mikrotik hap ax3 which is connected via PoE using MikroTik RBGPOE. Before I connect lan cable to the router, want to divide it to more devices using some PoE switch or any other option. Can you give me the best and cheapest option for this? Thanks in advance.
So you want to power the PoE switch using the AP’s power line and have that power other APs with PoE? What is you current DC adapter wattage rating?
I think you best bet would be getting a new PoE switch and have that switch have its own power direct from a single power adapter and let the switch manage the power budget.
