O I AM USING 450G WITH SIMPLE QUEUES . ROUTER O/S VERSION 5.13 AND I NEEED SOLUTION THAT ALL LOCAL LAN PORTS SHOULD ACCESS PUBLIC WHICH ARE FREE ON WAN IS IT POSSIBLE IF SO PLS GIVE SOLUTION I AM BIGINER

You can make this with NAT. set all IPs to wan port (ether1) and create nat rules to the priate networks.
Read about NAT in the wiki.

/ip firewall nat add chain=srcnat src-address=2.2.2.0/24 action=src-nat to-addresses=202.153.47.34
/ip firewall nat add chain=srcnat src-address=1.1.1.0/24 action=src-nat to-addresses=202.153.47.35
/ip firewall nat add chain=srcnat src-address=30.30.246.0/24 action=src-nat to-addresses=202.153.47.36
