How To Use "Telnet" built into mikrotik in scripti

hello,

Anyone know how to use telnet in mikrotik to connect to a host, and send some commands?

I want to do this via scripting, but I cant seem to work it out.

I dont even know if its possible?

Obviously I know how to do this via the terminal manually, but I want to automate it?

By the way I am using 2.9rc9

I will just nat them out and do it from our web server.
