How to config Queue Bandwith with MASQUARADE
for download and upload from dmz to all is unlimited
for download and upload from trusted to dmz is unlimited
for download from trusted to external limit 128 kbps
for upload from trusted to external limit 64 kbps

Try to upgrade to 2.9.11 it´s better…
