Howto Send CACHED Contents to user at Full Speed

Hi All,
I have configured my MT router board RB450G with OS v5.9.
Please find the attached images for more clarification.
I want my users to download cached files at full speed if any one of them have already downloaded the same file from same link.
But after all configuration I am unable to get the desired result.
Please help me.
Thanks in advance.

There is a section about this in this nice article:
http://aacable.wordpress.com/2011/12/29/howto-to-enable-mikrotik-routeros-web-proxy-in-transparent-mode/

I did everything after reading that article only. But that is not working at my end and that’s why I have asked for help.

you have set your cache-on-disk=no
then how can it cache the content to disk for future retrieval ?
Set more disk space, the more disk space you set, there are more chances that cache hit will increase. (keeping the available ram size in mind)

Thanks Syed,
Now its works.
