1- Because a 802.11b over 900 MHz is unusual to me, I’d like to know if this radio has all the same capability (and encoding) as the Metal 2 ?
2- Can I set the Metal 9 radio in Ad hoc mode ? (I don’t want to create a MESH network)
3- How would I send frames over the ADHOC network ? Maybe setup the radio in Bridge mode then send raw ethernet frames to the ethernet of the Metal 9?
The goal is replace an XBee network with this radio using BSSIDs as the network ID.
