Reaching out to everyone hoping for a solution or answer that makes sense. Maybe i just dont understand the https hotspot and trying to do something you cant.
So I add my godaddy cert to the tik.
I then go to hotspot select the hotspot make it https and select the godaddy cert.
I next go to services enable https and select the cert.
I upload my login.html which redirects to an https page. I then try to open up page to login and get the server presented a cert issued by an entity that is not trusted by your computers os.
I then veiw the cert and its saying the my dns name for the hotspot is what is failing
dns name of the contoller = name.ofthehotspot.com
