Huawei EC226 Problem

I installed the Huawei EC226 EVDO 3G modem, It gives me a USB2 port which I created a ppp interface with and it works fine till 12 hours later when it drops the usb port every 4 to 6 seconds,

I later did a reboot twice before the usb was stable.

Now when its stable its does not finish a download eg download a 1mb file from download.com always stops at 87%

Both with and without a download manager.

Is there any adjustment to be made to make this mode stable?

Am using the latest routerOS ver 3.23

Are you running a proxy server? If yes clear the cache and try again or try downloading a totally different file or same file from different server and see how far it goes.
