Huawei ME909u-521 LTE

Hello I have a problem with ME909u-521 card installed on RB912UAG board. LTE interface drops more or less every 2 minutes with this card. After attaching again to LTE network, dhcp client acquires new IP and so on.

LTE network coverage is sufficient enough. Same LTE network and same SIM card works just fine in the same place using a Sierra MC7710 on a RB411U board!!!

ME909u-521 firmware is 11.234.77.00.00 and ROS versions used for tests are v6.32.4 and v6.35.2 (latest) with configuration applied from scratch for both cases.

Any ideas?

Does anyone have firmware 12.631.07.01.00 for this card? It seems to work fine in some other posts and in the wiki so I guess firmware upgrade is one way forward.

If someone could provide this firmware would be very helpful because the card is now totally useless for me.
Firmware is not widely available on the web whilst Huawei support does not reply on the request.

Update.

After finally upgrading firmware to 12.636.11.01.00 version, lte interface drops eliminated and now card has the expected and correct behavior with great stability.
