Huge Problem - Urgent - WiFi Performance Problem

The test:
iperf server on a notebook connecte via ethernet cable to a lancom switrch
iperf client on a one plus one 6 smartphone

first test with a cheap portable tplink ap tl-mr3020 on 2.4GHz
result medium bandwidth 46.1M NO retry

second test a mikrotik rbwapg-5hact2hnd-be on 2.4Ghz fw 6.40.b8
result medium bandwidth 31.7M a lot of retry

second test a mikrotik rbwapg-5hact2hnd-be on 2.4Ghz fw 6.43.12
result medium bandwidth 27.6M a lot of retry

same ethernet port, same wifi channel, same ap position, same everything.

The mikrotik rbwapg is with no configuration just bridge eth1-wlan1

Very funny,
I have a brand new installation and nothing is working as it has to.
Find that a cheap tplink has better performance that a mikrotik was a little bit shock.
I don’t know if mikrotik is the best choice for an installation like this.

So I hope that is something I’m doing wrong and a Mikrotik wifi ap is better than a 15$ tplink portable ap.
