i have a big problem in my Mikrotik. i like to change wireless card TXpower but i can’t

Mikrotik Just show me this erorre :
txpower not supported error in mikrotik tx-power-mode

try to use the tx-power-mode=all-rates fixed and then setup the tx-power value.
