I cannot connect with the RouterBoard 750 using Winbox

Hi,

I have a Mikrotik RouterBoard 750 and I am trying to connect it using winbox.

I have some configuration on that router and I do not want to erase it.

I connect my computer and it get an ip address from the router, but I cannot do ping to the gateway.

When I open the winbox and try to connect, it fails.

I hope you can help me.

Did you try to connect via mac address instead of ip address?

Yes, I tried to connect using the mac address. but it fails.

I am using a new version of winbox. I do not like it so much.

The problem was solved.

I had to reset the router.
