I can't access user manager 5.7 from web!

Hello,

I have Routerboard 750 and upgrade to 5.7 and installed user-manager 5.7. After that web access for user-manager doesn’t work.

Try public_IP_address/userman, if HotSpot is installed on the same router.

I allready try, but doesn’t work and I try it behind the hotspot network

cek your winbox, ip service port 80 wwww … there is no input ip. If you input ip… you must login usermanager with that ip :slight_smile:

My IP service list www port 80 was disable.

if ur user manager page will not display simply change wwwport from ip services. then open your.router.com:81/userman

i’ve the same problem …
previously ive RB750 with RouterOS v4 inside, now i just brought new rb RB450G (RI450G-A0) with RouterOS v6, now updated into v.6.33.1, but still didnt work.

my configuration is simple

bridge1: eth3-4=local (dhcp:10.0.254.254/16)
bridge2: eth1-2=hotspot (10.1.254.254/16)
eth5=internet
i use wizard GUI winbox : ip>hotspot>servers:hotspot setup

same exactly setting, like RB750,
can see: login page on bridge2
but cant login into 10.0.254.254/user-manager, it says : “invalid username or password”

i use wizard again : ip>hotspot>servers:hotspot setup > use :
user : adminnew ; pass : password
still cant login

question :
(1) what do i missed ?
(2) (temporary) how to down/upgrade to RouterOS v4 ? (many features missing, like there is no global-in or out)

not working “10.0.254.254/user-manager”
okay “10.0.254.254/userman”
its because of seeing “winbox : system>package” there is “user-manager”.

open terminal type tool user manager customer print and there u will see the right username and password of your user manager.

Hello, configure Hotspot with Radius in mikrotik and its work five days very good then i am facing problem fistely that “Radius server is not responding” i am trying to do every thing that which one suggested by mikrotik expert but still its not resolve, then i am reconfigure mikrotik with Hotspot and Radius but Can the hotspot clients access the User Manager web Interface?

I got the User Manager and the hotspot configured, but when I try to acces the User Manager Web Interface (http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/userman) from one of the Hotspot clients, I get this weting and some time Error 404: Not Found.

Request you to all of please help me for reslve this issue.
