i cant enter into my MT radio

hi guys
what do u think could have gone wrong that i cant enter the radio either using neigbhor viewer nor winbox. neigbhor viewer always return the message CONNECTION TIMEOUT while winbox will return NO RESPONSE.
it wasnt like that b4.

any idea?
