I Can't log from WINBOX to my wireless network

Hello my friends
i have problem with logging to my server or my router board
i can’t log from the winbox when i’m useing wireless
but when i’m USING THE lan. i log so normaly
why plz
and i have another problem but after i fix it i will try to explain about the other problem
plz help me in this
i want log to my server from the wireless connect
the error msg is
time out

can u pls write your config…maybe your snmp isn’t correct

i will explain everything
i have pure connection with REAL IP : 192.168.16.2
GETWAY: 192.168.16.1
i config my MikroTik server to give DHCP 192.168.0.1/24
after i connect from the wireless i can’t se my WINBOX
and when i se it from the lan , i connect so easy from the WINBOX
also , the signal
signal is fallen down too mch
and it’s ROUTERBOARD MikroTik 344

can you ping it’s IP? can you telnet into it? if no, probably the IP addresses are wrong. Paste “/ip address print” and “ipconfig” from windows.
