i can't see mikrotik with MAC Address

Hi, i have a Switch 3COM 4500 and Mikrotik install with CD in a Dell Server.

i connect the Mikrotik to port 4 in the switch, then i connect my windows PC in a port 5 in the switch.
then i execute the WINBOX and i can’t see the switch.

i can see the mikrotik by MAC Address if i connect to the router dlink, but when i connect the mikrotik in the switch i can not see.


can you helpme please??
