I design i web page with nodejs to control mikrotik through API an it's working with old and new v to v7.3.13 every thing is good but with v7.20.4 had a problem a gets the message unknown reply

Please read your own post from our non-autors perspective and try to answer it.
Can we know what is wrong at all? What situation causes problems? What is the good and what is the bad reply? Do the reply from router is wrong or you are unable to interpret the returned value?
