i cant't enter user manger for the time in router board 951

i bought a new RB951-2N router ,and when i setup the user manager and connect it via radius , i cant enter it by enter admin and password blank , the message shown invalid username or password

I was just tried on my ROS
/tool user-manager customer print
/tool user-manager customer export

In both comand they show me password … you must do setup again … something is wrong
