I can’t use my router, it doesn’t show up for me in Net Install or Winbox. When I turn off the power, hold reset, and turn it on, all the icons flash green once except for the power icon. The router doesn’t appear, but the port on my computer works because I connected a different Ethernet router and it works, but this router doesn’t. The cable is fine, something is wrong with the router. The model is RB962UiGS-5Hac T2Hn T. Above the ID it says h AP ac. Please, experts, help.

Or keep holding the button for 5 more seconds until the LED turns off, then release it to make the RouterBOARD look for Netinstall servers. You can also simply keep the button pressed until the device shows up in the Netinstall program on Windows.
Have you tried using a different power supply?
When you do a reset, remember to connect to any port except for ether1. You should then find the router on 192.168.88.1 and there is an active dhcp server to assign an IP address to the pc you connect with. If it is a wireless router you can also connect by wireless.
