I am using Hap Ax2 and already have internet but cant test network speed on speedtest.net and always show server for testing in other country (specifically CITIC Telecom CPC Estonia OÜ) even though I’m in Vietnam and using my country IPS. I have to use VPN all the time to watch my country’s newspapers or want to connect to other websites, but facebook and youtube don’t need to use it. My internet very slow, thanks for reading and please help.

Your ISP might have wrong geo data about your public IP, only they can fix that.
Or, your ISP has set CORRECTLY EVERYTHING.
Maybe he bought those IPs a few months ago and the IP databases used by speedtest & co. are still out of date.
Often the shitty geographic IP database services haven’t updated the geographic data yet, they always have the wrong data for years…
Search here your IP for see what is the real data registered for the IP you use:

Tôi có Ac2 hap và cùng cấu hình nhưng kết nối với các trang web không cần VPN và luôn hiển thị máy chủ để kiểm tra tốc độ mạng ở quốc gia của tôi chứ không phải Estonia như mikrotik Ax2 của tôi.

Try https://speed.cloudflare.com - see if you get same result with better location determination. Another decent but simple speed test site is fast.com which is owned by Netflix.
As a test you could clone the MAC address of the hAP ac2 to your hAP ax2. Perhaps you have a different IP address this way assigned to your hAP ax2.
