Hello,
I just installed RouterOS then I followed the basic setup, I tried: /interface print but I got no interfaces!!
I have eBox3300 which includes:
LAN Realtek 8100B (supported as the driver compatibility list says)
WLAN minipci Via VT6655
maybe the wlan isn’t supported but at least I could get the LAN controller?! any ideas?
thanks.
which version of RouterOS?

I guess it is 3.0, I have just downloaded it must be the last version. is there a driver installation addon?
thanks
3.28?..
no, you cannot add your own drivers to RouterOS
maybe, look at ‘/system resource pci print’…

I think I have figured out the problem, when I did ‘/system resource pci print’ I got LAN card “R6061 USB 2.0” so it is an onboard RTL8100B on USB! is it the problem?
thanks.
R6061 is a USB controller, afaik…

it is true, does it support USB LAN RTL8100B ?
if it doesnt automatically show up as a NIC it isn’t supported.

your wireless card also won’t work, because it’s not an Atheros chipset.

this will be my next mission: finding wireless card with Atheros chipset.
