i have issue in my blog WordPress with mikrotik

I have router board 951Ui-2HnD
And I have a blog WordPress : http://www.integrated-clinic.com
My issue when I connect the internet with Mikrotik router board show my blog

But when connect the internet without Mikrotik router board the blog Show properly

My notice
I have statistics when I show visitor ip address I had shocked show local ip address 10.0.0.102 why mikrotik send to WordPress local ip address

This local ip address mikrotik sent to WordPress
Make WordPress not show my blog properly

You have some rules in your proxy config that block parts of the webpage.

Yes I have proxy for block some site
but i allow www.integrated-clinic.com in proxy
