I have issue in new terminal ???

Hello ,

I have problem in new terminal , when hit new terminal open but show me is used already and show me : error opening serial port, already used by Serial Console (6)


Please fine attached file for picture to new terminal , please help me for this problem , i know when reset the configuration retuen open normal but i don’t need to reset coz inside the router found information for 1000 users , Difficult to retrieve or application to write the names and configuration of new, so i need help from you ASAP.

Thank you for help me.

I solve this problem , just go to system–> special log in and make any user and then go to new terminal open .

Closed ticket.

Thanks! it works, but I commented the “admin” user after create a new one.
