I have many problems there when in the club are about 200 -300 people.Please help me!

Hello,

My hotspot provider is HOTSPOTSYSTEM.COM
I have problems with location (cornekus_9) .
This is a large disco club . There are many clients Fridays and Saturday every week. Number of simultaneous clients is about 250 -300 .
The equipment was changed because HOTSPOTSYSTEM.COM said so.

So there is a large router RB3011 in the front of the system.
-lan 1 (gateway) have 1000gb/s gigabit fast fiber internet (tested and working in full bandwidth)
-lan 2 used as acces point for RB951ui-2hnd
-lan 5 used as acces point for RB951ui-2hnd
-lan 10 used as acces point for RB951ui-2hnd

All 3 access points (RB951ui-2hnd) share the same wireless network # La mia Musica#
I have many problems there when in the club are about 200 -300 people . Please see the screenshots . The system is freezing and nobody can connect. The splash page don’t show up even i wait 1-2 minute. After that „connection timeout”
This is very annoying and the costumers refuse to connect second time.
I used HOTSPOTSYSTEM.COM script for RB3011. I will put here an export to see the configuration.
The owner of the club wants to close the contract with me because of this . The system is not working and i don’t know why.
If there is a small number of clients about 10-15 the system is working flawless . The problems appear only when the place is full of people.
This is a very serious problem!!
HOTSPOTSYSTEM.COM say this is a Mikrotik problem „If there is a problem with the hotspot function of the router, then that belongs to Mikrotik, since they are the ones developing RouterOS. We can only use what’s given to us and the setup we use works perfectly well at other operators”

sounds to me like

1 interference problem
2 three rb951 ap are not enough. you need more pieces with low power settings. i have read in many posts that rb951 are good with an average of 30 clients connected.
3 dhcp pool is enough?

interference is the most likely problem. have more AP units, and set the access listt to kick off people with bad signal, they will then reconnect to a stronger AP.

each AP could have reduced power, so that it is not seen by people who are far away from it.

There is 1000 m2 square covered by 3 RB951ui-2hnd. The signal is full on every corner of the hall. The interference is not the problem!!!
The internet is coming from this device (see pics ) . Maybe this don’t support such many users in the same time?

you should inspect the “/interface wireless registration-table” menu when these users connect. See what their signals are then, not only signal matters, also the other values. Noise will not be reflected in the signal bars.
