I can not restart the Rb 750 by computer mouse not accept
Suggest plugging it in, the 750 to the electricity socket.
That made me laugh 
But in all seriousness, a bit more detail wouldn’t hurt. Exit Winbox, disconnect the device (regardless of previous power state) and plug it back in and see if there are lights. Then log in and try again..?
