I have some problem about SIP (VOIP) on MikroTik

Hi

I have a problem when using Elastix (SIP) with MikroTik. I attached my diagram

my problem is when we closed or disconnected internet from hq or store the sip phone will not connect to sip server (Elastix) i have to delete connection on firewall connection (Connection Type is SIP) i will return to connected

you have any idea to solved this problem please advice me.

because the store we have to turn off the electric every day when we closed the store.

Hi, Is the elastic server at the same physical location as the phone ?
Or is the elastic server at another location and the SIP phones are remote ?

For HQ same location (Elastix & Phone) and Remote site for Store.

Try to disable SIP in the protocols tab in the firewall.
