There are 2 different way that are matching to realize your plan, but only

is also offering you that as a service by his own!
One of this variants is using the PPP Multilink Protocol
or also called (MP/MLP/MLPPP) it must be supprted on both ends
so that means at your router and on the other side at your ISP.

The other variant would be the VPLS setup,
VPLS is a Layer2 service based on the MLPPP
and it must also likes the first variant supported
by your router and you ISP.

This both methods will do this 1 MBit/s + 1 MBit/s = 2 MBit/s
But you are also able to realize it over BGP set up.

If your ISP is not able to sort you or plain to offer you MLPPP or VPLS
you would not be able to use it, rather then I would suggest you to
use a load balancing method offered by MikroTik RouterOS.
Different methods are:
- policy based routing
- service based routing
- session based routing
