Hi, i newer microtik user and i can`t open udp port do p2p, i need open port 8999 to work with qbittorent, I’ve tried different procedures but I can not see my configs:
Do you have public address? From the screenshot it looks like you have 100.64.1.62 on WAN and that’s not public.
yes i have a fiber connection in my city, I can navigate and download normally at full speed, I just can not upload anything, I contacted the provider and they went into the winbox and said they opened the door but it is still closed
Are you accepting dst-natted connections by filter rule?
IMHO the upnp is dangerous and should not be enabled.
I do not understand almost anything from the microtik, I just wanted to free the port udp to torrent
Why not use UPnP? It will do all the work for you.

If you use QuickSet, just enable “UPnP”.
If you don’t, find it in this menu:

Rules added by UPnP were already visible on your first screenshot. And they all had zero matched packets. Which brings us again to the question, do you have a public address? So far it doesn’t look like there’s one on your router. It’s possible that you have it at ISP’s router and incoming traffic to your router is forwarded using NAT. But that’s not automatic, so it’s also possible that you don’t have any public address for yourself and can’t accept any incoming connections.
Show the firewall filter export. I would bet the dst natted connection accept rule is missing.

Public address is something other than 192.168.x.x, 10.x.x.x, 172.16-31.x.x or 100.64-127.x.x. The matter is complicated by the fact that it doesn’t have to be necessarily directly on your router. ISP can have public address dedicated to you on their router. So the best way is to check your contract with ISP, if you’re supposed to have public address and in what form. There aren’t enough for everyone, so many ISPs don’t give them automatically to all customers.

How was this fixed? I need to do something similar with QBitTorrent and/or Deluge.
