I need opinions for overwater 20KM link

Dear forum, I have to make a link with almost 70% of the link over Mediterranean sea. Is 100% LOS. Link is in a 30m pole in a mountain and the other side is in a 15m pole, near the sea.

I think to use 28dBi antennas and R5H’s. It’s the better solutions? Can I have problems with the link because is over the sea?

KM0(AP 54m over the sea level)-------KM3,4----SEA------SEA--------KM16–KM19(AP 30m over the sea level)

My problem is to know if such overwater distance can give me problems in this link. The link is possible, but I don’t know if the sea can cause bad signal or something.

With that fresnel you shouldn’t have any valuable issue imho.
But try to use Vertical polarization, it suffers less interferences on long distances..

P.S. Do not go too high with the tx power otherwise seawind will bring your data to my coast… Someday here in Sardinia i hear ONLY spanish radios
