I need script mange bandwith on two lan

Hi
How can creat script
I have 10 MB tootal bandwith i want divide to two lan one lan get 6mb and sacnd lan get 4mb
I want if lan one not active can lan two get tootal bandwith 10mb

You want two simple queues.

max limit should be 10M for each
limit at should be 6 or 4 depending on your match criteria.

I did simple queue for LAN 1 limet at= 6m max =10m and LAN 2 limet at =4m max=10m
When LAN 1 no there active the LAN 2 not get 10m he get same limet 4m only
