I need to access remotely to my DVR cctv

Dear,

I have total 3 branches and 1 HQ. and i want to see all cctv from HQ.

I have 4 mikrotik hex lite rb750r2. How to connect them each other.

The connection between the routers will happen woth the help of site-to-site VPN (Wireguard, IPsec…). Does HQ have a public IP?

All routers have public IPs or they are in a internal network?
