I need to make internal site within my network only

How I can redirect to ip (192.168.128.243) when any user inside network write www.sitename.com

I tried DNS in IP Menu but nothing works

Please help me

my version os 3.30

You should be able to enter that in
/ip dns static
add name=www.sitename.com address=192.168.128.243
