I’ve been using MikroTiks for eight years now, and I’ve recently been reminded of how much I still have to learn. I’m trying to set up IPv6 through a Hurricane Electric tunnel and, yes, I found the Wiki article and followed it. I can ping the other end of the tunnel from the router, but not from the RB2011 which I’m using as a local bridge switch or from my computer. I keep getting the error message, “No route to host,” even with Neighbor Discovery enabled on all devices.
I’d like recommendations for study material to really learn how routing is supposed to work, both in general and on MikroTik. It needs to be cheap (no $500 classes in another state), but it doesn’t have to be free. I also need to tie it in with a local DNS server for my family/friends virtual network. Suggestions?
