i need WAN IP email sending script for v3.30

I am user mikrotik v3.30 with 4wan load balancing with pppoe wan interface
Pppoe-out1
Pppoe-out2
Pppoe-out3
Pppoe-out4

I need a script to auto email me when any wan ip changed
Plz help me

The wiki has tons of scripts for dynamically changing DNS names when IP addresses on interfaces change. They all first need to check whether the IP changed. You can adapt any of those scripts to send you an email instead of updating a DNS name.

but i am new in mikrotik and i did not now about scripting

so if u give me any example that helps me. i have 4 wan with bridge mode connected with mikrotik.
