i want to stop net cut and programs like it - without effect at sharing files in network
i use this method but without sharing files when i use netmask : 32
when i use netmask : 24 i can share files but net cut worked
i use hotspot and marge 2 line by nth - without webproxy
please help me
The best way to protect your network from Netcut - control users physical access to the network.
If you use Hotspot, you could use PPPoE server instead of Hotspot.
IIf your network is wireless, you could use WPA/WPA2 on your wireless network to protect clients from Netcut users,

i have big network … my users is beginners — they can’t use pppoe on their computers mean i should to go to every one to installing pppoe on their computers and when any one install windows i should to go to him to installing pppoe on his computer

In that case, use WPA and make sure that users can’t communicate with eachother.
activate “client isolation” if your ap is ubnt and unset “default forward” in mikrotik devices.

netcut is for wireless…
no netcut for all wireless and wired

netcut does work on wired networks as well, it spoofs mac addresses so it doesn’t matter if its wireless or not. I have a similar network to yours a7medbero, I simply run tools to detect arp-spoofing and whoever is doing it has his internet service dropped 
, if the client repeats it again then he is permanently disconnected from the network. Its been a long time since I’ve had to do that though.
use a switch that will isolate clients from eachother, to prevent snooping of other clients. also use PPPoE if you have no switch
