Hi;

i have a router board 110ah*2 how can i change the time of the icmp not the ttl i want just to change the time example:

when i ping 8.8.8.8 the the time is between 60ms and 80ms i want to change this time to 50ms for example.

So your latency is too high… Get a better ISP. If you are on DSL, switch to cable or fiber access.
