i have done an excellent wifi zone of a 1 km diameter
i used 3 rb433AUH with 12 engenius 800mw mini pci and 12 2.4 26dbi grids on a 12 meters tower
till now it works perfectly and clients can get connected inside their house
i advise you do the same
So, EIRP at 54db, is this allowed any ware in the world for ISM 2.4Ghz?
This is always the same mistake, you have a microphone and a powerful speaker with 1000W, what does this serve for, if you cannot listen the person that wants to speak with you? You will damage his ears with so powerful system.
Always, always, always, very good antennas with high cross polarization, and yes, if possible, small sectors with high gain antennas, but very low power on the radios.
Wifi communications are always bidirectional, so you send signal, but you need to receive, so you are sending 54db eirp, but your customers with a laptop will never exceed 20db eirp. So, why so many power? just to see all the bars full on the laptop signal meter?
Kindly regards,
