Please write an e-mail to support@mikrotik.com or create a request via https://help.mikrotik.com/servicedesk and attach a supout.rif files from both devices.
On the device itself the serial number is the same as in RouterOS?

But still, if this turns out to be true, it is a little concerning. How would the IP/Cloud DDNS service handle this (on the server side) if two of these devices enable DDNS?
