if we look at RB 411,411A,411AH they almost look same, is there any difference in layout or any chip so that we can identify that this is RB 411, this is RB411A and this is 411AH, just by looking at the board. or what are other methods to confirm the exact models of RB.

In winbox you see (system licence, system resources)
level3 = 411
cpu frekvency = 300Mhz = 411A
cpu frekvency = 680Mhz = 411AH
