Probably not, the XR3 uses an Atheros AR5413 chip which is 802.11a based. RouterOS sees the card running in the 5Ghz range as a 802.11a card.
Ubiquity could create a new card that could operate with the new 802.11y-2008 MAC. But since Ubiquity normally uses Atheros chips, they might need to wait for Atheros or someone else to create a new chip to operate in accordance to the 802.11y-2008 standard.
