I got RB493G, I have 1gbps card on my PC, use proper Cat 6 cables (1m long).

I connect my PC to the router and my NAS station. The maximum speed I get is 120-130 mbps. When I connect NAS directly to my PC i get about 300-400 mbps.

I disabled Firewall rules, Queues, Mangle and the speed went up to 220mbps also ping to router got higher.

Am I doing something wrong or is ti so the firewall slows down this router?

For things like a nas it is best to use switch chip where appropriate. Do this by specifying the master port in the interface ethernet settings and do not use a bridge interface. You will easily get 1Gbit.
