If "time frame" command

I want to run certain scripts only certain times in the day,
I was thinking of using the “if do=” command but I can’t find the right command for a time frame.

So my question is is there any time frame commands I can add into the scripts..?
or if there is any work-around ways, like using the /system scheduler ?

I think /system scheduler would be a good solution for you. And may be :delay can help you.
