Hi! I’ve completed Surfshark VPN setup following this guide (on hap ac2): https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/IKEv2_EAP_between_NordVPN_and_RouterOS
However, I’m getting a really bad VPN connection. Websites time out, and when running a speed test it shows 0mbs upload speed.
I’ve already tried this solution, however, it changed nothing.

Can anyone help me to solve it or point to a solution?
When you are already on RouterOS v7 the Wireguard is a better option to a VPN provider. Don’t switch lightly to V7, do your reading and make your config backup and config export. On trouble you can go back to a recent version of V6 and import you V6 backup.
Sufshark obfuscate the IP of the client like NordLynx (NordVPN) is doing according to what I read.
At Surfshark, for example, we do not store your connected IP address. At the same time, we assign dynamic IP addresses to all our users and obfuscate their connection as a layer on top.
General remarks, check if the traffic going through the IKEv2 tunnel is not fastracked in any way.
How does that Help? Wireshark is available in their Client Apps, but there is no way (none communicated by Surfshark..) to access surfsharks wireguard Servers..
Thanks, everyone, I got it figured out!
After disabling fasttrack, I noticed that speed went up to 50-60mbs. In the end adding IPSec exclusion to fasttrack seem to resolved my issue (even without changing MTU settings): http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/privateinternetaccess-com-ipsec-ike2-config-with-port-forwarding/131568/1
What exact steps did you follow? The first 3 lines in the linked post? I’ve tried that, and a bunch of other stuff, and the only site I can get to is google.com. I can ping any site but can’t browse to it
I have the same problem. Can’t get IP.
